Services
LeadSaint by Saintsmen Systems provides digital growth and marketing solutions, including but not limited to branding, UI/UX design, rapid prototyping, custom development, no-code/low-code builds, content creation, social media marketing, Meta advertisements, consultation, market research, print media, lead generation, dashboard solutions, and workflow automation. Each service is delivered in accordance with a mutually agreed scope of work.
Service Timelines and Scope
In our standard engagements, most services are delivered within a 4-week timeframe, subject to the defined and limited scope agreed upon at the beginning of the project. If the scope of work is extensive or requires additional functionality, research, or development beyond the agreed deliverables, the timeline and costs may be revised accordingly. Any additional requirements will be documented, discussed, and confirmed with the client before proceeding.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals during the project. Delays in communication or provision of assets from the client side may affect delivery timelines.
Payments and Fees
All fees and payment terms will be specified in the proposal or agreement prior to the start of services. Payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified, all design files, marketing assets, and deliverables created by LeadSaint by Saintsmen Systems for the client will become the property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to display non-confidential work as part of our portfolio unless explicitly restricted by the client.
Limitation of Liability
While we aim to deliver services with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism, LeadSaint by Saintsmen Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The client acknowledges that marketing, advertising, and design outcomes are influenced by multiple factors, and no specific performance results (such as sales volume or ROI) can be guaranteed.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose project-related details to third parties without consent, except where legally required.
Modifications to Terms
LeadSaint by Saintsmen Systems reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
